Damaged or Defective Items
We only accept returns or offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives in this condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at pawfectfindss.store@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
Once verified, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items (We do not accept returns for items that):
- Are not damaged or defective
- Have been used or are not in their original condition
- Are returned without prior approval from our team
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days at pawfectfindss.store@gmail.com and we will send the correct item at no charge.
